At Localworks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, provided they are:
- In original condition and packaging
- Unused and undamaged
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:
- Opened software or digital products
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
